Appeal against a planning decision

The applicant can appeal a decision on a planning application if they disagree with it or if the application was not determined within eight weeks (for a typical householder development) or 13 weeks for major developments.

Appeal against a planning decision for minerals and waste or council buildings or land

Planning appeals can be submitted against planning permission refusals or against conditions imposed in granting planning permission.
