Access for people who have autism or sensory difficulties
- we have a box of puzzles, drawing books and toys behind reception, you are welcome to use these if you feel anxious or need a distraction
- reception can be busy with queueing during peak periods
- the pool hall can be a little noisy during busy periods
- lifeguards use whistles to attract people's attention
- if we plan to test the fire alarm, an announcement will be made beforehand
- some doors have an audible alarm that is activated upon opening
