If you are buying or selling second hand goods in North Yorkshire you need to register with us.

A safety certificate is needed for certain sports grounds and stands, or for special events within those grounds.

A petroleum storage certificate is required if you store petrol at a petrol filling station.

If you are holding or organising an occasional sale in North Yorkshire you should notify us.

You will need a licence from us if you sell or store explosives, including fireworks.
