A low-demand exercise class for young people aged from 11 to 20 who would find mainstream activities a challenge due to anxiety or disability. Sessions cost £3.70.
This is a youth club run on behalf of the Harrogate branch of the National Autistic Society. It is open to young people aged from 10 to 18 who have Asperger syndrome or high-functioning Autism. Entry costs £2.50.
