All bookings can be made online (with an email address), at the centre or by telephone, three days in advance at the time the class goes live. For example, a 7.30pm class on Monday will go live for bookings three days in advance at 7.30pm on the preceding Friday. All customers must be registered.
We reserve the right to limit customer bookings via a fair usage policy, as per industry guidelines.
All bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis.
Customers cannot make bookings for other members or customers.
All pay-as-you-go customers must pay at the time of booking.
All attendees must register their attendance five minutes before the class starts, either at reception or at the gates outdoors with an instructor. Any customers who do not attend or are late may have their place re-sold or may be declined access. Your booking will be treated as cancelled.
All bookings require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for cancellation.
If you give more than 12 hours notice your activity will be cancelled, it can then be offered to another customer and you will not be charged.
If you fail to give 12 hours notice or do not attend an activity you have booked, you will be charged 50% of the class fee and your booking privileges will be revoked until the payment has been made.
If you give 12 hours notice, your activity will be cancelled and can be offered to another customer. You will not be charged and a credit will be applied to your account to use at another activity time. We do not offer refunds in cash.
If you fail to give 12 hours notice or do not log your attendance for an activity you have booked, you will lose 50% of your class fee. The remaining 50% will be available as a credit in your account to use at another time.
Cancellations can be made online via your online login.
You will receive an email informing you when a space becomes available and you will need to log in to reserve your space. Places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Waiting list emails will be sent out to all customers on the waiting list up to the activity start time. You can choose to log in to book the activity or ignore the email if you no longer require a space.
If you cancel with less than 12 hours notice, the above cancellation policy applies and a charge will be applied.
