What’s changing at Active North Yorkshire Richmond?
Do I need an account to book online?
Yes. We have sent an email to you with all the details you will need to set this up. If you haven’t received an email please speak to a member of the team and we will help you.
By setting up the account you will be able to make sure your bookings and reminders are linked to you.
How do I book online?
You can book through our app and website from 15 December:
Both options allow you to manage bookings, receive reminders, and cancel if needed.
When is the booking window starting?
The new booking window will be active from 1 December.
Will staff help me if I’m not confident using the app?
Absolutely! Our team is here to help. You can ask at reception or call us on 01748 821000 or come into the centre.
Can I still book in person or by phone?
Yes, you can still book in person or by phone if you prefer, but we encourage you to try the new system for convenience and flexibility.
Will I get reminders for my bookings?
Yes! The app will send you reminders so you never miss a class.
