NRS Healthcare and Medequip potential data breach
We are aware of a cyber-security incident and potential data breach affecting two of our providers, NRS Healthcare and Medequip.
In addition to working with both companies to understand the impact of these nationwide incidents, we are also liaising with the Information Commissioner’s Office, the Local Government Association and the NHS.
Customers using services and equipment from either NRS Healthcare or Medequip should be reassured that all alarm and responder services are continuing to operate effectively, and they will continue to receive expected levels of support.
