Medical equipment can be accepted, free of charge, at all our household waste recycling centres.

Equipment, including the following, can be placed in the Medequip bin:

  • adjustable walking sticks
  • adult crutches
  • chair raisers
  • commodes
  • bed levers
  • wheeled adjustable frames
  • perching stools
  • raised toilet seats
  • pressure cushions
  • toilet frames and trolleys
