Pay your business rates online

Use our secure online payment system to pay directly into our account. We accept most credit and debit cards except American Express, Diners Club or JCB. You will need your 8 digit business rates account number to make a payment.

Pay your business rates bill

Direct Debit

If you want to pay your business rates by Direct Debit on the 1st, 15th, or 25th of the month, you can set this up by:

  • completing a Direct Debit instruction online  
  • completing the mandate on the reverse of your bill and sending it to us 

Other payments methods

Over the phone

Pay over the phone by calling our free 24 hour telephone line. You will need your credit or debit card details and your account reference number.

Cash payments

You can pay by cash at any Post Office or retail outlet where you see the PayPoint symbol. Take your bill with you as you will need the unique barcode printed on the front to make your payment.

Standing order/BACS
