This document sets out the joint commitment of all key partners to improve the outcomes for SEND children and young people aged 0 to 25 years.
The plan aims to describe the join commissioning arrangements and priorities in North Yorkshire. It is a high-level plan for education, health and care professionals alongside parents, families and the voluntary sector to understand the intention and priorities.
