Local area SEND strategy 2023 to 2026
North Yorkshire Council, Humber and Yorkshire Integrated Care Board and West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board have a duty to meet the needs of children with special educational needs and disabilities. Together, and in partnership with education leaders, parents, carers, young people and a range of other professionals, we have developed our local area SEND strategy which will guide our work until 2026.
The strategy sets out our agreed key priorities and our commitment to work collaboratively with all partners to ensure all children and young people with SEND in North Yorkshire can thrive.
