Whitby Broomfields Farm Eco Homes Development

A low carbon development of 49 affordable homes.

A development of 49 new all-affordable homes

We will deliver an affordable housing development to meet the cross-generational local demand and contribute towards a sustainable community, with property sizes ranging from 1 bedroom to 4 bedrooms. The 49 new homes will be a mix of affordable rent and shared ownership.

A net zero carbon, sustainable development

The development will be low carbon with homes heated by air-source heat pumps and generating their own renewable energy through photovoltaic solar panels. All homes will be fitted with a range of energy-saving components within a very well-insulated structure saving up to 90% of carbon emissions compared to a standard housing development.
