We are keen to accelerate progress on the development and delivery of Scarborough’s North Bay area and we have commissioned consultants BDP to assist in developing a masterplan for North Bay. The masterplan will set out a clear vision aimed at maximising the opportunities associated with the single largest leisure development opportunity in the borough.
