As well as the tenant satisfaction survey, the Regulator for Social Housing requires landlords such as ourselves to publicise additional management information relating to items such as health and safety, complaints and anti-social behaviour.
Due to the work required as part of the move from former district and borough councils to North Yorkshire Council we are currently unable to report on homes that meet the Decent Homes Standard. We are working through a programme of stock condition surveys which will help us to report on this figure in the future.
