We give you a device that connects to your telephone and a call button that you wear around your neck or on your wrist in your home.
Costs
The Lifeline emergency response service include contacting your nominated contacts when help is needed.

Support package charges
You can combine the Lifeline service with other services with other quarterly packages to save money.

Support package charges are subject to VAT at 20% unless you are VAT exempt (VAT exempt includes people who are chronically sick or disabled).
Sign up for the Lifeline service
If you would like to apply for the Lifeline service, you should:
- Contact us to discuss which Lifeline option may be right for you.
- Once you have decided on the support you need, apply online to set up your Lifeline service.
You will need:
- details of at least two emergency contacts, for example, next of kin, neighbours or friends
- your GP's name and address
- any relevant medical information
