How it works
All mutual exchanges are managed by our partner HomeSwapper.
This service matches you with other tenants who are also interested in mutual exchanges. If you're one of our tenants, you can use HomeSwapper free of charge. If you are in private rented accommodation, you may have to pay.
Using the service is simple. All you need to do is:
- visit the HomeSwapper website or download the free app to register
- enter the details of your current home and the home you'd like to moved to
- wait for our approval
- see your possible swaps and contact any that you are interested in
