Parking permits, or season tickets, allow you to stay in certain car parks for less money than buying individual tickets.
We offer permits for all times, all day parking, Monday to Friday parking, off-peak parking and on-street parking.

Travelwise (Monday to Friday parking)
Travelwise permits are valid from Monday to Friday only. Travelwise permits are available for Jubilee and Victoria multi-storey car parks and at the Conyngham Hall car park.

Off-peak parking
An off-peak season ticket is available for the West Park multi-storey car park. It is valid from Monday to Friday before 10am and after 4pm, and all day Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.

On street parking
On street season tickets are only valid for limited areas of Marlborough Road, Station Parade and Victoria Avenue, Harrogate.

How to apply
You can apply in person at the Civic Centre in Harrogate where one of our customer services advisors can help with completing the online form.
We will post your permit within three working days.
Changing permit details
There is an administration charge of £16 for changing permit details.
There is an administration charge of £24 for changes to on-street permit details.
