Permit zone rules
- for short stays a disc can be used for limited stays of 1 or 3 hours in disc zones
- permits will be valid in bays where the zone identifier W is present - these are the 3 hour disc bays and permit holder only streets
- permits issued where the property is in a 1 hour disc zone are valid where zone identifier W is present, but not in the 1 hour zone
- no permits are available for the pay and display streets
