In accordance with Section 18C(1) of the Representation of the People Act 1983, North Yorkshire Council gives notice that it is conducting an interim review of polling districts and polling places following the conclusion of a local government boundary review of North Yorkshire electoral divisions and the completion of a limited number of community governance reviews.

Any registered elector may make representations on the current and proposed arrangements. We welcome comments and suggestions from anyone who has expertise in access for people with any type of disability.
Where possible, people making representations should suggest alternative places that may be used as polling places.
