Referendum on the neighbourhood plan for the Bradleys Both area 

1. A referendum will take place on Thursday 27 July 2023 to decide on the following question: 

"Do you want North Yorkshire Council to use the neighbourhood plan for the Bradleys Both to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?"

2. Applications to register to vote must reach the electoral registration officer by 5pm on Tuesday 11 July 2023 at:

3. New postal vote applications, amendments or cancellations of postal votes and amendments or cancellations of proxy votes must reach the electoral registration officer by 5pm on Wednesday 12 July 2023 at:

To apply on the grounds of service, occupation or employment, the person must have become aware that they could not go to the polling station in person after 5pm on Wednesday 19 July 2023.
