Landlord information

Register for the landlord portal, find out about benefit Information for landlords, including Housing Benefit.

We can only provide information about a claim to those landlords who are receiving direct payments of housing benefit or where a tenant has given us written permission to do so.

The housing part of Universal Credit will be paid directly to your tenant. This means your tenant will need to be able to manage their money.

Advice for landlords
