An administration charge is payable for all new and replacement bins.
For all new build properties, the charge is payable by the developer.
We aim to deliver all new and replacement bins within 15 working days.
We aim to repair all broken bins within 15 working days.
Where a bin damaged due to wear and tear can’t be repaired, the bin will be exchanged. If we are unable to remove the damaged bin, the replacement bin will not be left, and we will contact you to arrange the exchange.
You can cancel your order prior to a bin being delivered. No refunds will be given for orders cancelled after a bin has been delivered.
Orders for new or replacement garden waste bins will only be processed for properties with a current valid garden waste licence.
We try to reuse bins wherever possible, therefore you may receive a replacement bin which is second hand but cleaned and in good condition.
As we are harmonising the colour of bins across the county, your new or replacement bin may be a different colour to one you have previously used. A postcard will be delivered detailing any changes to colours.
