Find out what general rubbish, gardening and recycling waste can and cannot be put in your waste bins and bags in the Harrogate area.

Your kerbside recycling goes in two blue bags or a blue lidded wheelie bin. Please wash and squash your recycling and flatten cardboard boxes or cut them down to fit in the blue bag.

Your residual household waste goes in a black wheelie bin. Households that are not suitable for a wheelie bin will have a maximum of two rubbish sacks collected each week.
