Emergency repairs

Our offices are open Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4.30pm. Outside of these times, and during weekends and bank holidays, use our out of hours emergency repair service which responds to emergency repairs only.

After you report a repair

We'll contact you within 5 working days to discuss the next steps.

If the repair is our responsibility, we will tell you:

  • the priority of the repair based on our repairs standard
  • the date when we’ll fix it
  • if the work will be done by us or one of our contractors

We may need to inspect the problem first before carrying out the repair.

Helping you report a repair

We ask for and record information about you to help us support you in the best way possible.

You can tell us about your preferences for when we visit you, for example if we should use a certain door, wait a bit longer for you to answer, or knock loudly. Tell us when you report your repair.
