How it works
We provide and install a Lifeline unit, which plugs into your home telephone point.
You will receive a personal alarm pendant to wear around your neck or wrist.
If you need to raise the alarm, we automatically know who you are, where you live and will make sure the right help is sent to you.
You can choose from three options depending on the level and length of support you need.
Standard Lifeline Service
This service costs £8.09 per week and includes:
- neck or wrist pendant and Lifeline unit
- one extra free pendant if needed
- delivery and installation of the lifeline equipment
- a visit from independent living officer to show you how to use the Lifeline unit
- a dedicated independent living officer to contact if you have any issues or questions
- 24-hour emergency response service
Premium Lifeline Service
This service costs £10.39 per week and includes:
- all Standard Lifeline services
- monthly personal wellbeing checks or weekly wellbeing phone calls
- equipment testing by an independent living officer
Short term support package
This service costs £41.56. It is a fixed-length 28-day service, ideal for hospital discharges or when the family are away and includes:
- installation of equipment within one working day of receipt of the referral
- 24-hour emergency response service
- telephone calls from an independent living officer in week one and week three
- one home wellbeing visit and equipment testing from our independent living officer in week two
- collection and removal of equipment at the end of the 28 day period
