We have set up a landlord accreditation scheme that will benefit landlords in many ways, including:
- letting your property safe in the knowledge that it meets all the legal requirements
- advertising your properties at our council and community offices
- access to advice and support from the private sector housing link officer and other council departments
- access to both a model tenancy agreement and a model inventory
- an information pack including a membership certificate
- invitation to attend a landlord forum which provides access to support, training and advice from housing professionals
