Richmondshire housing improvement programme

We use information about our properties to establish which of our homes are due for improvements and when this work will take place. Our housing stock database tells us the age of items such as kitchens, bathrooms and boilers, and when they are likely to need replacing. 

If your property is due an upgrade, we will be in touch to arrange a visit to your home to carry out a survey. We will confirm improvements works to you in writing to give you the opportunity to plan ahead. If there are any delays with starting the work, we will keep in touch with you.

Improvement works will only be made to properties where tenants want the work completed. If you do not want the work to go ahead, let us know and these can be postponed until a later date.
