Lewiatan application

Application to review a premise licence under Section 51 of the Licensing Act 2003 for a premise known as Lewiatan, 7 Sackville Street, Skipton, BD23 2PB licence number 807. The Review has been requested by North Yorkshire Police, a Relevant Authority on the grounds of: The Prevention of Crime and Disorder, Public Safety and The Protection of Children from Harm.

Anyone wishing to make representations can do so in writing to licensing.west@northyorks.gov.uk or to Licensing, North Yorkshire Council (West), 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton BD23 1FJ. They must be received by the Licensing Authority no later than 1 January 2026. Following which the Licensing Authority will convene hearing to determine the application.

Grassington Wine Shop

An application has been received for the grant of a new premises licence of Grassington Wine Shop, 13 Market Place, Grassington, Skipton, BD23 5AD.

Anyone wishing to make representations can do so in writing to licensing.west@northyorks.gov.uk or to Licensing, North Yorkshire Council (West), 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton BD23 1FJ. They must be received by the Licensing Authority no later than 19 January 2026.
