Notice is given that Par N Bar Crazy Golf Adventures Ltd has applied to North Yorkshire Council for a minor variation to a premises licence under Section 41A of the Licensing Act 2003.

  • to rotate the existing bar unit through 90 degrees. There are no changes to the licensable activities, it is purely a minor variation of site plan due to the bar being turned through 90 degrees
Aldi Stores Limited 27 Commercial Street, Norton, YO17 9HX 7 July 2026 The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of the week between 6am and midnight.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by an unlimited fine.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding an application must give notice in writing to: North Yorkshire Council, Licensing Services, Town Hall, St Nicholas Street, Scarborough, YO11 2HG or by email to licensing.east@northyorks.gov.uk.

Not to be less than 28 days, starting on the day after the application was given to the Licensing Authority. The application record and register may be viewed by prior appointment during normal office hours at the above address.

Cooling towers notification
