Notice is given that Stonegate Pub Company Limited has applied to North Yorkshire Council to vary a premises licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003.

The proposed variation is:

• to extend the opening hours and hours for licensable activities
• to add additional conditions

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: North Yorkshire Council, Licensing Services, Town Hall, St Nicholas Street, Scarborough, YO11 2HG or by email to licensing.sca@northyorks.gov.uk.

Representations must be received by Monday 6 January 2025.

(Not to be less than 28 days, starting on the day after the application was given to the Licensing Authority).

The application record and register may be viewed by prior appointment during normal office hours at the above address.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by an unlimited fine.

If your premises has or operates a cooling tower or evaporative condenser, it must be registered with us. This is to identify potential sources of legionnaires disease and allow for easier identification, monitoring and inspection.
