Notice is given that Coast and Vale Cottages Ltd (Trading as Wrays) has applied to North Yorkshire Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.

The proposed variation to the licensable activities are:

  • supply of alcohol in locally produced gifts, daily, for consumption off the property

Notice of application for the grant of a premises licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Harrigate Properties Limited have applied to North Yorkshire Council to vary a premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as Catch 55, 49-55 Eastborough, Scarborough, YO11 1NH.

The proposed variation to the licensable activities are:

  • sale of alcohol and 9am to 11:30pm hours, seven days a week
