Tree preservation orders

Many trees in the area are protected by a preservation order.

Tree management

There are three main levels of protection which can be placed on privately owned trees.

High hedges

We can help settle disputes between neighbours regarding the height of certain types of hedgerows. 

Hedgerow removal notices

The Hedgerows Regulations 1997 came into force under Section 97 of the Environment Act 1995.
