Notice of vacancy in the office of councillor - Parish of Brandsby-Cum-Stearsby
Notice is hereby given, that due to the non attendance of Calum Lyon, a vacancy has arisen in the office of councillor for the parish council.
If within 14 days after the date of this notice (no later than 7 May), a request for an election to fill the vacancy is made in writing to the Proper Officer, at North Yorkshire Council, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Rotary Way, Northallerton, DL6 2UU by ten electors for the parish of Brandsby-Cum-Stearsby, an election will be held to fill the vacancy, otherwise the vacancy will be filled by co-option.
If an election is called, it will take place no later than 10 July 2024.
