You can report an abandoned vehicle to us by completing our online form below.

We cannot remove vehicles that are taxed, even if they have been parked in the same place for a long time. You can check whether a vehicle is taxed or has an up to date MOT on the GOV.UK website.

To report the vehicle you will need to tell us: 

  • the vehicle type, colour and registration number 
  • the location details including street names, house numbers, landmarks, etc 
  • whether the vehicle is burnt out or not 
  • your contact details
