  • Monday: 10am to 5pm
  • Tuesday: 10am to 4pm
  • Wednesday: 10am to 4pm
  • Thursday: 10am to 4pm
  • Friday: 10am to 4pm
  • Saturday: 10am to 1pm

Bank holidays

Nidderdale Plus community library is also open bank holidays with the exception of Christmas, Boxing Day and New Years.

Finding the library, parking and access

Nidderdale Plus community library is on Station Square, King Street opposite the bus station.

Limited car parking spaces are available near the library on Millfield Street which allows 30 minutes parking. The nearest car park is the Southlands pay and display car park, less than 100 yards away. A long stay car park is in Nidd Walk.

The library is wheelchair accessible.

Items available from the library

You can borrow a range of books for all ages in a variety of formats, including large print and audio. Music CDs, DVDs and foreign language titles are also available for loan, as well as micro:bits. You can request any item that is not immediately available.
