Customer services
Our customer service centres are closed to all routine queries for the bank holiday on Monday 28 August. They will reopen at 9am on Tuesday 29 August.
We will not be monitoring or responding to messages on social media during this time.

Library opening hours

Although the buildings may be closed, you can still use North Yorkshire’s free digital library. There are thousands of free eBooks and eAudio books, as well as eNewspapers, eMagazines and eComics available to borrow, and you can consult a wide range of free reference resources, day and night. You can still book an appointment to register a birth, register a death, give notice of wedding or civil partnership and buy copy certificates online while we are closed.
